Experiential Learning Opportunities
Experiential Learning Opportunities
Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience and is more specifically defined as learning through reflection on doing. At St Francis of Assisi College, experiential learning opportunities are given to students through a range of extra and co-curriculum opportunities.
In line with our commitment to develop the whole person and providing individualised pathways for learning, students will have the opportunity to pursue individual strengths and interests, and to find growth in extending their comfort zones. The College will offer a range of opportunities for students with a focus on participation and a pathway for students to excel.
We encourage and affirm the participation of students in the various activities offered through the co-curricular program.
The St Francis of Assisi College program aspires to grow into a co-operative venture involving students, staff, parents, and friends of the College. These activities play an important role in the total development of the student and are a vital part of the holistic education offered at the College.
